White Paper – Doing More With Less.  This paper looks at service delivery in a cost constrained environment.

This paper looks at the pressing issue of cost cutting that is pretty much inevitable for all charities and social enterprises. Spending cuts are likely to hit through reduced funding from government contracts and grants; reduced voluntary donations as people tighten their belts; and increased demand as public services feel the strain.

We believe that these financial pressures present charities with a great opportunity. This discussion outlines how it is possible to help more people not fewer, tackle problems early on, and quantify outcomes in a way that has eluded many charities.

If we continue to think that more income is needed to meet the growing demand on services, we will be caught in a vicious cycle. In this paper we discuss how to break this cycle – how to do more with less.
