Patrick Nash has over 20 years' experience leading successful not-for-profit projects and social enterprise companies. In 2001, Patrick founded Worklife Support, a ground-breaking social enterprise that provides developmental services to school staff. The company is now working in 1,300 schools across 42 local authorities. Following this Patrick held the position of CEO at the Teacher Support Network
Connect Assist was established by Patrick in 2005. Patrick has a keen interest in building technology systems which assist organisations to communicate better and to assist individuals to develop their full potential. I'm really excited about the systems we are building here to help deliver that for companies, for organisations and indeed for social projects and charities.
Patrick is also a sought-after commentator and speaker on education, work-life issues and business engagement solutions.
With a background in Human Resources, Rusty has worked across much of the globe including periods employed in Germany and China. Rusty has over 20 years in working on the human dimensions of workplace profitability and has experience in substantial business process outsourcing projects.
Rusty has particular responsibility for the day to day functioning of the business, with a special emphasis on process and quality standards.
Rusty also is the key contact for existing and new business clients, leading the company's account management activities.
