  • NEW Facebook Service plug-in.  This allows organisations to deliver information, advice and guidance securely through a Facebook page.  A great way of supporting your service users in an environment where they feel comfortable.
  • Cloud – monitor.  A tool social media tool allowing you to monitor (scan) for relevant conversations / discussions that you want to be part of.  You van then join in and contribute keeping a full record of all interaction from within the RightNow desktop.
  • Live Chat.  This feature allows conversations to happen in real time, on-line using instant messaging technology.  Service users are able to get support quickly – when they need it the most.
