We understand that communicating to charity’s users is different from the services of a ‘normal’ contact centre. We’re here to offer information, guidance, support and counseling to your users. For that reason, we’re proud to be different.

Our specially trained team are vastly experienced within the charity and third sector, many of whom have worked for and volunteered for charities in the past.

In today’s diverse and fast-paced society, people expect to be able to reach your charity through a variety of different channels. With our dedicated charity helplines, your users can contact you however and whenever they need to.

We currently supply over 30 multi-channel helplines to charities such as the Royal British Legion, Turn2Us and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO), among many others.
