Ron joined Connect Assist in June 2015 bringing with him over 30 years of experience in sales & marketing, media, e-commerce, leadership and business strategy. He has new business and client experience across diverse sectors involving SME’s to Blue-chips; Local to National Government.

Ron’s competencies include marketing and business strategy, leadership, stakeholder and board relations, integrated marketing, new business, market research, data analytics, financial acumen, training and development, contract negotiations and communications skills.

Ron has worked with the charity sector for over 10 years. He launched the charity fundraising contact centre Voices for Change in 2007. He has worked in the publishing, media and contact centre industries for Trinity Mirror, Thomson’s, Emap, Northcliffe, United and was Managing Director of contact centre services for a UK marketing services group for over 13 years.
