Sharon James | Operations Director


Sharon began her career in the financial service sector working for 18 years in a variety of roles, gaining vast experience in service delivery. Her most recent role before joining connect assist, was managing teams within the Business and Corporate Sector, in a contact centre environment for seven years.

Sharon joined Connect Assist as a team leader at our inception in January 2006. She has since progressed through the company, completing a Business and Management Degree, achieving First Class Honours. Sharon has worked across all areas of Connect Assist and is now the Operations Director responsible for the service delivery of all the multi-channel contact centre contracts. Working as an account manager with customers to ensure SLA compliance and quality service delivery.

Sharon led the implementation of the Money Advise Service and the Royal British Legion into the connect Contact Centre. In 2015 she enabled her team to add several new customer contracts, with a number of them occurring in a six week period. Throughout this period Sharon also configured the communications platform Volt Delta for connect assist entire customer base.
